The Olympic Council Of Asia (OCA) is an independent non-governmental not-for-profit international Asian sport organisation for unlimited duration recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the Association of National Olympic Committee (ANOC) and the 45 member Asian National Olympic Committee (NOCs). The OCA was established in 1982 in New Delhi and was recognised by the IOC in the same year.
The OCA is the Major Events Organiser of the Asian Games, the Asian Winter Games, the Asian Beach Games, the Asian Youth Games and other events held on the Asian continent.
Asian Winter Games
The Asian Winter Games Harbin 2025 will be the ninth edition of the Asian Winter Games, a multi-sport event held from 7 to 14 February 2025 in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China. This will be the second time that Harbin will host the event and the third time China will host the Asian Winter Games. The program for Harbin 2025 includes 64 events across 11 winter sport disciplines. Ski mountaineering will be held for the first time at the Asian Winter Games. Approximately 34 National Olympic Committees from the Asian continent are set to participate in the event.
