This table lists the individuals currently either serving a provisional suspension or other sanctions as a consequence of an anti-doping rule violation under the Olympic Counsel of Asia’s (OCA)’s anti-doping rules for the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022. The summary only contains cases over which the OCA has testing authority and is in compliance with the public disclosure requirements of Article 13.3.1 of the OCA Anti-Doping Rules for Hangzhou Asian Games.
The individuals listed below are either temporarily barred or ineligible from participating in any capacity in a competition or activity (other than authorised anti-doping Education or rehabilitation programs) related to the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022. This ban also applies to any competition or activity authorised or organised by any Signatory, Signatory’s member organisation, or a club or other member organisation of a Signatory’s member organisation, or in competitions authorised or organised by any professional league or any international- or national-level Event organisation or any elite or national-level sporting activity funded by a governmental agency.
The ITA wishes to clarify that some of the cases may not be final and may be in dispute before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Moreover, pursuant Article 7.1.2 of the the OCA Anti-Doping Rules for Hangzhou Asian Games. and Article 7.1.4 of the World Anti-Doping Code, the consequences applicable under the OCA’s authority relate to the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 exclusively. The International Federation of the individual is in charge of pursuing the results management of the case and imposes the consequences that extend beyond the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022, such as a period of ineligibility and further disqualification. The status column below concerns the OCA proceedings and not the IFs.
