ITA Proactive Reporting Policy

This Proactive Reporting Policy has been developed by the ITA as part of its mandate to manage confidential anti-doping reporting operations on behalf of a number of partner IFs and MEOs, in compliance with the Code and WADA’s International Standards and in furtherance of the ITA’s objectives as stipulated in Article 4 of the ITA Statutes.

This Policy outlines how information concerning potential anti-doping rule violations (ADRVs) may be transmitted to the ITA via secure and confidential reporting channels, and how such information would be securely handled by the ITA.
