World Darts Federation (WDF)

Founded in 1976 by 14 nations, the World Darts Federation (WDF) is the global governing body for darts, focusing on promoting the sport worldwide. Following the 2020 collapse of the British Darts Organisation (BDO), the WDF launched its own World Championship and World Masters in 2022 to provide a premier platform for amateur and professional players.

The ITA is supporting WDF with the delivery of their anti-doping program since February 2026. WDF currently delegates the services highlighted in blue to the ITA:
