ANAD Moldova was established in accordance with the national anti-doping legislation of the Republic of Moldova and operates as an independent public authority, in full compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code.
ANAD Moldova is responsible for implementing the national anti-doping policy and coordinating the fight against doping in sport across the country. Its core activities include conducting in-competition and out-of-competition testing, managing results and disciplinary procedures, promoting education and prevention programs for athletes and support personnel, and ensuring the effective application of anti-doping regulations.
The Agency aims to safeguard athletes’ right to participate in clean sport, protect their health, and uphold the principles of fairness, integrity and equality in sport at both national and international level.
