The National Anti-Doping Agency (RNADA) of Romania is a public institution with legal personality and decision-making autonomy in the prevention and fight against doping in sport. Founded in 2005, the institution is subordinate to the Romanian government and is financed from its own revenues and from the budget of the General Secretariat of the Government.
The main objective of RNADA is to prevent and combat the phenomenon of doping at the national level by adopting and implementing anti-doping policies and regulations, coordinating sampling activities, managing test results and carrying out the results management process in accordance with the legal provisions World Anti-Doping Code and international standards.
