GADA is the National Anti-Doping Agency of Georgia.
GADA was established by private persons, with experience in anti-doping activities and with no real, inherent, or potential conflicts of interest with National Federations, International Federations, Athletes and other Persons involved in sport, in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs and Law of Georgia on Public Registry, with the objective of acting as the National Anti-Doping Organization for Georgia. As such, and in accordance with Article 20.5.1 of the Code, GADA has the necessary authority and responsibility to be independent in its operational decisions and activities from sport and government.
