Monthly webinar: The Athlete Support Personnel – Athlete Relationship in Clean Sport

Athlete Support Personnel (ASP), including managers, play a crucial and influential role in promoting clean sport. Their close and trusted relationships with athletes make them vital sources of information and mentorship. This role extends beyond athletic performance, encompassing mental, emotional, and ethical guidance, and includes an understanding of anti-doping rules.

We invited all athletes and their support personnel to join us for this interactive webinar. We welcomed panellists Sára Anna Mihalik, ITA Education Team and Kayak World Champion, and her manager, Adam Favel, Founder and Head of Athlete Support, DSE Sports to discuss how to foster a culture of integrity in athlete and ASP relationships.
