Therefore, the ITA created an online learning experience in order to continue its education efforts during the COVID-19 crisis. Our webinar series aims at giving athletes and their support personnel an overview of all aspects of the doping control system. Due to popular demand, the International Testing Agency has decided to make its entire webinar series publicly available to the broader sports community. Please find the topics and dates of the whole series further below.
The fifth session of our webinar series focuses on the necessary administrative work that (top) athletes have to consider in regards to anti-doping. What does it mean to be included in the Registered Testing Pool? How should athletes provide their whereabouts information and what are the consequences of missing an out-of-competition test? What are the functions of ADAMS and the new Athlete Central? WADA Deputy Chief Operating Officer Stuart Kemp, ITA Head of Testing Matteo Vallini and three-time Olympian Mikel Thomas will answer all these questions in the final webinar of the series.
