This means that the athlete is prevented from competing, training, coaching, or participating in any activity, during the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022.
The athlete has the right to challenge the imposition of the provisional suspension before the Court of Arbitration for Sport – Anti-Doping Division (CAS ADD).
The athlete also has the right to request the analysis of the B-sample.

1: A report from a WADA-accredited laboratory that, consistent with the International Standard for Laboratories, establishes in a Sample the presence of a Prohibited Substance or its Metabolites or Markers or evidence of the Use of a Prohibited Method.
2: During the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, a fast turnaround of samples from the WADA-accredited laboratory of Beijing is implemented and samples are usually analysed and results reported in less than 48 hours. Considering that the sample at stake contains multiple banned substances, the analytical work required additional time.
