The International Testing Agency (ITA) supported the event by overseeing doping controls, training sample collection personnel, and ensuring that procedures were carried out in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code. A special edition of the ITA DCO Foundation Training took place in Andorra in February 2025. 20 participants (17 from Andorra, 3 from Spain) successfully completed the training prior to the Games to become the ITA certified IDCOs.
During the GSSE Andorra 2025, which took place from 26 to 31 May 2025, around 800 athletes from 9 nations competed in 14 different sports.
