The International Testing Agency (ITA) managed the independent anti-doping program for the Summer Youth Olympic Festival Skopje 2025. From 20-26 July 2025, the Summer EYOF Skopje 2025 welcomed over 3,000 young athletes from 49 European countries competing in 15 sports.
Over the course of five days, ITA Education Ambassador Billy Scott Irakoze – an Olympic swimmer from Burundi who competed at the 2016 Rio Olympics – led workshops attended by approximately 30 participants daily. These sessions played a vital role in educating young athletes, many of whom were experiencing anti-doping procedures for the first time.
