"My first introduction to doping control came during a national championship meet in 2019. At the time, I had limited education about doping violations and procedures. I was tested for the first time without really understanding much about it beyond following the guidelines. That experience motivated me to acquire knowledge and become better informed on anti-doping policies and practices. I firmly believe all athletes, regardless of level, deserve comprehensive education to foster a level playing field and culture of clean sport."
