We believe in our power to do good, and that power extends beyond the practical aspects of our work.
Our core values of excellence, integrity and equality drive everything we do, and that includes working with the sporting community to deliver pro bono work, get involved with youth activities and make our work as sustainable as possible.
Our latest projects include:
We aim to have as little negative impact on the environment as possible and we have a range of policies and ways of working to help us achieve this. We are constantly looking at how we can do better, and we want to inspire other organisations to do the same.
At the moment, our key sustainability initiatives include:
We believe that smaller individual changes can drive a bigger overall impact. That’s why we have introduced initiatives such as discouraging staff from using single use plastics by making a fully-equipped kitchen available with storage room for reusable food packaging. We also only use rechargeable batteries, and we have installed automatic movement-activated lights throughout the office to avoid wasting energy.
We will continue to ensure that our activities have a positive impact and that, wherever we can, we use our expertise and experience to help organisations and sporting bodies to succeed.
