Doping Authority Netherlands was established on 1 January 2019. The Anti-Doping Policy Implementation Act came into effect on the same day. Doping Authority Netherlands is an independent administrative body and the National Anti-Doping Organisation of the Netherlands. The Wuab provides Doping Authority Netherlands with the legal basis needed to do its work. The mission of Doping Authority Netherlands is to create doping-free sports in the Netherlands.
