Sport Resolutions is a UK-based independent, not-for-profit, dispute resolution service for sport operating globally, offering arbitration, mediation, tribunal and expert opinion.
In January 2021, the ITA entered an agreement with SportResolutions to operate an independent tribunal which will be available to determine first instance anti-doping matters for non-Olympic International Sport Federations or any other Anti-Doping Organisations (ADOs) wishing to make use of the tribunal.
