Integrity in Flight: ITA completes a long-distance drone test flight to advance anti-doping sample transport

The International Testing Agency (ITA), in collaboration with the Alaska Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems Integration (ACUASI), part of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and Sysmex, a global provider of clinical laboratory diagnostic and haematology systems, has completed a 1,000 km drone test flight in Nenana, Alaska, to assess whether anti-doping blood samples can be transported safely and reliably over extended distances while maintaining their integrity.
