The education activities, in partnership with the ITA, provided athletes and athlete support personnel with valuable insights into anti-doping practices through engaging activities such as interactive games, informative clean sport discussions and real-life simulations.
Thais Cevada, ITA Education Ambassador, led the initiative by hosting the ITA clean sport education booth over four days. Her efforts ensured that participants gained a thorough understanding of the anti-doping system. Cassio Rippel, Chairman of the ISSF Athletes Committee, strongly supported the program and the education activities at the booth, highlighting its success and the athletes’ enthusiasm for learning about doping prevention.
This initiative reflected the dedication of both the International Shooting Sport Federation and the ITA to fostering a culture of clean sport and educating young athletes on the importance of doping prevention.
