International Functional Fitness Federation (iF3)

The International Functional Fitness Federation (iF3) is the nonprofit independent international governing body for functional fitness as a competitive sport. iF3 provides international leadership, structure, and resources to fuel the growth of functional fitness as well as enriches the experience and safety of its worldwide participants.

The ITA is supporting iF3 with the delivery of their anti-doping program since January 2022. iF3 currently delegates the services highlighted in blue to the ITA:
